CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES IN STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS
This ordinance regulates the building on structures the public rights-of-ways in the town of Winamac. This includes sidewalks, curbs, and any other structure erected in the right-of-way.
This ordinance details the criteria for the cost sharing program between the Town and property owners with regards to the replacement of the sidewalk. At this time, the cost of replacing the sidewalk will be split 50-50 between the property owner and the Town of Winamac, if the sidewalk meets the requirements.
This ordinance covers the parking of vehicles on streets within the Town when a snow emergency is declared by the Town Manager or his/her designee.
