BOOTH INFORMATION
You Must be set up by 12 Noon Friday (unless special
arrangements are made)
Sautrday - 9:00 a.m. , please be ready to go
SORRY! -- NO REFUNDS
- Applications will be accepted upon payment
of entry fee. The first 12X 12 area us $50 for Craft; $60 for
Craft W/Special Need. Additional space is $50 per 12X12 area.
All Craft Booths that require electricity will be located on
the southeast corner of the Courthouse.
- If you are using protective covering and/or display (i.e. pegboard,
shelves, etc.), explain so we can allow for this, so that no booths are
hidden behind another.
- Festival sponsor reserves the right to reject exhibitors who are thought
detrimental to the festival. NO POPCAPS, SPRAY STRING, LAZER POINTERS, WATER
BALLOONS, YARD STICKS OR GLASS CONTAINERS. ONLY HAND CRAFTED ITEMS.
- Space will be assigned by committee. Exhibitors will receive location
assignments.
- Each exhibitor is responsible for providing and removing all needed
equipment.
- Those exhibitors holding raffles must draw winners' names at closing
ceremony or provide the office with winners' names prior to closing
ceremony. Booth raffle limit of 10 items.
- Festival sponsors are not responsible for any theft or loss.
- Ice on sale at Information Booth.
- We reserve the right to change a vendor's location if conditions warrant
it.
- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES!
- NO DOUBLE PARKING while unloading or setting up. You must enter from
the backside of the Courthouse.
